DIAGAST offers “MANUAL PLATE”, a wide range of agglutination plates with different sizes suitable for many application. These single-use plates are recommended for ABO-D and Rh-K phenotyping or for ABO-Rh1 confirmation.

Features

  • The opacity and white color of the plate provide
    a better and easier reading than transparent plate. Light reader is not required.
  • The wells are oval-shaped
    to ensure an optimal mixing of the solution. The wells are deep enough to avoid risk of cross-contamination.
  • The special surface preparation of the plate
    helps reagents and blood sample mixing by circular movements.

The plate can be fitted to your needs.
MANUAL PLATE can be used at room temperature and up to 37°C.
No sterile device / white PVC foil / Storage temperature: 15-30°C (In dry place)
Complies with all general safety and performance requirement of Annexe I of the IVDR Regulation  2017/746 for In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device.
Recommended to use with MANUAL TRAY (Ref. 90255).



Recommended application

According to the proposed configurations and especially the number of columns to be used, the Immunohaematology tests in traditional technique will be performed with preferential references.

Here are our recommendations:

  • Manual Plate 12 (12 columns & 5 lines) :
    For 20 ABD confirmations and for 5 ABD-Rh-K determinations (A, B, AB, D, Ctrl, A1, O,C, E, c, e, K)
  • Manual Plate 9 (9 columns & 5 lines) :
    For 5 Blood Grouping (A, B, AB, D, Ctrl, A1, A2, B, O)
  • Manual Plate 7 (7 columns & 5 lines) :
    For 5 Blood Grouping (A, B, AB, D, Ctrl, A1, O)
  • Manual Plate 6 (6 columns & 5 lines) :
    For 5 Phenotyping (C, E, c, e, K, Ctrl)
  • Manual Plate 5 (5 columns & 5 lines) :
    For 5 Blood Grouping Control (A, B, AB, D, Ctrl)

All the references of MANUAL PLATE are available in kit of 100 units.
