On this emblematic day, we’d like to highlight another key date concerning the place of women in society. On September 5, 2018, the French law n°2018-771 known as “Avenir professionnel” (Professional Future) was passed, introducing a scheme to reduce inequalities between women and men.

The year 2023 saw a renewed commitment to promoting professional equality within our organization. We are delighted to announce that our score on the Gender Equality Index for the past year reflects our commitment to this crucial cause.

This score represents an increase of 9 points compared to 2022 (86/100). By celebrating March 8, we are reaffirming our commitment to professional equality and our determination to build a more inclusive future for all.
