Groupa A1 Lys 

This reagent kit is in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDMD) for professional use. They are used for ABO-RH1 grouping of human red blood cells. It is not intended for screening for weak antigen D. In addition to ABO-RH1 grouping, it allows to differentiate the A1 and A2 subgroups. 

Groupa A1 Lys enables determination of the presence of erythrocytic antigens A (ABO1), B (ABO2) and D (RH1). It intended for ABO grouping, must be used with HEMALYS (or red blood cells magnetized according to the specifications of DIAGAST) for the realization of the reverse typing test (reverse group). This device is for use on the automated machines QWALYS® in the E.M.® Technology method. 

Groupa A1 Lys (DIAGAST Ref.:  79965) is a kit consisting of:

  • 12 Groupa A1 Lys microplates for 12 x 8 ABO-RH1 grouping.
    Each microplate contains 8 wells of anti-A,  anti-A1 anti-B, anti-A,B, anti-D1, anti-D2 and negative control, and 8 x 5 empty wells.
