Crazy Challenges: daring to transform
Les Défis Fous (Crazy Challenges), launched in 2013, enable our employees to get involved in unifying projects in the sporting, humanitarian or cultural spheres: running the New York Marathon, participating in the Guadarun adventure run in Guadeloupe, setting up a musical comedy from scratch with the help of external coaches, etc.
By taking them out of their comfort zones and stimulating their creativity and potential, Les Défis Fous equip individuals with self-confidence, team spirit and creativity: all precious assets for everyday life.
