MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS)

DIAGAST informs you, according to the data in our possession at the date of such edition, that only the products listed below are considered as dangerous mixture, according to Regulation EC No 1907/2006 (REACH) and Regulation No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, as well as their various adaptations.

For this reason, only the aforementioned products have the hazard symbol(s) on their packaging.

As stated in Article 31 of the REACH Regulation, MSDS are required only in the following cases:

• presence of hazardous chemicals at concentrations exceeding the limits specified in the guidelines above;
• mixture which contains an individual concentration of ≥1 % by weight, at least one substance posing human health or environmental hazards;
• mixture which contains an individual concentration of ≥0,1 % by weight, at least one substance that is persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic or very persistent and very bioaccumulative;
• mixture containing a substance for which there are Community workplace exposure limits.

The other products in our catalog do not fall under the 4 cases mentioned above, which explains they don’t have safety data sheets.
