Pheno 1,2 Lys

These reagents kits are in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDMD) for professional use. They are used for RH-K phenotyping of human red blood cells. These devices are for use on the automated machines QWALYS® in the E.M.® Technology method.

Pheno 1,2 Lys enables determination of the presence of erythrocytic antigens C (RH2), E (RH3), c (RH4), e (RH5) et K (KEL1). 

Pheno 1,2 Lys  (DIAGAST Ref.: 79966) is a kit consisting of:

  • 12 Pheno 1,2 Lys microplates for 12 x 8 RH-K phenotyping in duplicate.
    Each microplate contains 8 x 2 wells of different clones of anti-C, anti-c, anti-E, anti-e, anti-K, 1 well of negative control, and 1 empty well. This microplaque allows 2 determinations of RH-K phenotyping.
  • 1 x 40-mL vial of MagneLys.
