SAFETY DATA SHEET

DIAGAST inform you, according to the data in our possession at the date of such edition, that only the products listed below are considered as dangerous substance or preparation, according to Regulation EC No 1907/2006 (REACH) and Regulation No 1272/2008 relating to classification, labelling and packaging of substances and preparations, as well as their various adaptations.

For this reason, only the aforementioned products have the hazard symbol (symbol) on their packaging. As stated in Article 31 of the REACH Regulation, to provide MSDS is mandatory only in the following cases:
• presence of hazardous chemicals at concentrations exceeding the limits specified in the guidelines above;
• preparation which contains an individual concentration of ≥1 % by weight, at least one substance posing human health or environmental hazards;
• preparation which contains an individual concentration of ≥0,1 % by weight, at least one substance that is persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic or very persistent and very bioaccumulative;
• preparation containing a substance for which there are Community workplace exposure limits.

All the products of the DIAGAST catalogue (except the aforementioned ones) are not in these 4 cases, so there is no need to provide a safety data sheet.
