The DIAGAST Hotline uses every method of communication to guarantee the confidence and the safety you expect from your QWALYS automaton.

From the first level of intervention (by telephone) to on-site visits or remote maintenance (where we access your automaton remotely), auto-diagnostic tools and Internet technologies enable the DIAGAST Hotline to perform maintenance, follow-up and optimize of your automaton.
